I’m honestly trying to think of the last time I heard a mixtape from an unsigned artist that will be on constant repeat, but the latest installment comes from 19-year-old Chicago native JAMS. His new project Something Special is most definitely something special, hence the name. The project was supposedly assembled over the past 10 months and is described as an “emotional roller coaster.” The up-n-comer snagged verses from Treejay, Nedo and more to make the tape even more unique. I don’t think there’s anything I’d recommend more than hitting the download button for Something Special down yonder.
