King Los hails from Baltimore, a city in which slim to none make it out of their neighborhood. When it came to achieving success, King Los had a different vision from the typical stereotype. At the age of 18, he began his rapping career and quickly learned he had a knack for freestyling. He took his skills to the battle rap scene, and his popularity began to flourish. Los‘ persuasions lead to a plethora of bodacious accomplishments, including getting a co-sign then none other than the legendary Diddy. Fortunately for the Triller Than Most staff, we were able to witness the outcome of the many years King Los put in to get where he is today.
On Thursday, June 25th, the RCA Records signee made his way to Naga Nightclub in Cambridge, MA, just two days after the release of his critically acclaimed album God, Money, War. Fans were eager to have King Los take the stage and perform his state-of-the-art music, and as soon as he graced the stage the crowd began to vibe out with the After Platinum representative. After performing a slew of his classics including “Woke Up Like Dat,” Los jumped into GMW fan favorites “War” and “Glory To The Lord,” among others. To round things up, Los made his way into the audience to interact with fans, and of course spit some nasty freestyles. Los hilariously went around the crowd asking the show’s participants for their names, which he would then integrate into a freestyle. This sight was jaw-dropping, especially since he was able to stir up such clever rhymes in a matter of seconds. Overall, the night was great, and we highly recommend attending a King Los show in the near future.
